LA SALSA è un progetto nato in collaborazione con OUR LEGACY WORKSHOP. Siamo andati alla scoperta di uno dei prodotti simbolo del mangiare "all'italiana": sua maestà la Pasta al Pomodoro. Un viaggio che parte dal profondo Sud, da Ucca Marina, Santa Maria del Focallo, Ragusa, Italia e che racconta il sacro rito che si rinnova ogni estate da circa settant'anni. Li, nonna Carmela detta Carmelina, insieme ai suoi sette fratelli e sorelle, prepara artigianalmente la magica salsa di pomodoro.
Un Viaggio documentato e raccontato nel "film" diretto da Andrea Silenzi, che testimonia l'amore e la celebrazione di un momento di pura condivisione familiare, dal quale non può che nascere un prodotto eccellente. È per questo che, con Our Legacy, abbiamo deciso di imbottigliare in senso letterale questa magia, insieme ad una t-shirt celebrativa in un pack edizione limitata.
LA SALSA is a project born in collaboration with OUR LEGACY WORKSHOP. We went to the discovery of one of the symbolic products of "Italian" eating: His Majesty the Pasta with Tomato. A journey that starts from the deep South, from Ucca Marina, Santa Maria del Focallo, Ragusa, Italy, and tells the story of the sacred ritual that has been renewed every summer for about seventy years. There, grandmother Carmela called Carmelina, together with her seven brothers and sisters, artisanally prepares the magical tomato sauce. A journey documented and narrated in the "film" directed by Andrea Silenzi, which testifies to the love and celebration of a moment of pure family sharing, from which an excellent product can only be born. That's why, with Our Legacy, we decided to bottle this magic in a literal sense, along with a commemorative t-shirt in a limited edition pack.
